Booking Policy

All bookings made through our website must be guaranteed through credit card. Bookings made directly are subject to payment of a deposit.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy

Bookings made through our website can be cancelled/changed without penalty up to 7 days before the expected day of arrival.
If you decide to cancel or change your booking later than the stated deadline, you will be charged for one day’s accommodation. In case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of bookings made directly: should your booking be cancelled for reasons of force majeure or illness, the deposit will not be refunded but it may be used for a future stay by the following year following an agreement and based on our availabilities.

Accommodation Tax
The Accommodation Tax of € 1,50 per person per night is charged for a maximum period of 7 nights. Children younger than 14 years are excluded.

Please note that the ACCOMMODATION TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR RATES and must be paid cash upon check-out.

Car Park

Those who book our Platinum and Gold stay will take advantage of private parking space. However, it is possible to easily park your vehicles outside the hotel.

Restaurant Hours

Breakfast is served from 8:00 up to 10:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 up to 14:00. Dinner is served from 19:00 up to 21:00.
